• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: not used or washed or altered and with all tags attached.
  • The return of the following items will not be accepted: underpants and bodysuits that have been tried on and stockings if their package has been opened.
  • Return can be made within 14 days after receiving the items. Special conditions are provided for exchange or store credit (28 days).
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or the return will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be made using the return label provided by the seller (Except for the United States).
  • For Switzerland, UK, and Norway, there might be additional costs for duties in addition to normal shipping if the return documents are not signed correctly. For any doubts, contact the Customer Service.
  • The customer loses the benefits and discounts (for example, free shipping for orders over € 120 in Italy and € 260 in Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom) that may have been granted to them in the event that such advantages and discounts were not applicable to the value of the order net of the return.

The transport costs for the return are as follows depending on whether a REFUND, an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. These costs will be subtracted directly from the refund.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, send an email to our Customer Service at contact@studiobrunelli.it within 14 days from the date the parcel was delivered to you, indicating your Name, Surname, Order Number and Return reason.

Our customer service will send you the Customs Document – proforma Invoice - needed to ship the item. The goods need to be returned at client charge, with all duty and cost already paid, in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging within 14 days to Pietro Brunelli Milano:

In case the transport or duty is charged to our company this amount will be deducted from the refund.


EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT

Is the purchased item too big or small? Would you like to replace it with another article? Don't worry, you can choose to change size or change item using the store credit! The cost of the return will be COMPLETELY FREE (excluding orders from Switzerland, Norway, the UK, and the USA) and 28 days to think about it!

If the requested size is not available, a voucher with the same value of the product will be issued, and it can be spent within 12 months on www.pietrobrunelli.it

REFUND OF THE RETURN

The refund will be confirmed by e-mail as soon as the items will be received and checked (see the conditions of return). We do not accept used or stained clothing.
  • The refund of the return will be made through the same channel used for payment - Paypal, credit card, or bank transfer (in case the purchase was made by cash or bank transfer). In this case it is important to communicate your bank details via email.
  • The refund will be made in the same currency used to pay.
  • If the purchase was made with the Gift Card will be issued a new Gift Card of equal value.
  • The processing time required to get the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.
  • If you purchased a voucher and made a partial return, you will receive a new voucher proportional to the value of the return.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

If the purchased and delivered product does not comply with the provisions in the order confirmation (size and or colour error, defective product), the customer is entitled to the replacement of non-conforming product with no additional burdens and costs, according to the procedure below.

The customer must send an email to our Customer Service indicating the date and order number and in case of returning a defective product, include an image of the defect. We will send you a label that has to be attached visibly outside of the package.

So, the goods must be returned in the same condition, with all the elements in the original packaging, within 14 working days from the receipt of the label.

After verification of the return we will send a new item. In the absence of a new item the return will be refunded.
